Sr Analyst – Compliance

Las Vegas Sands Corp. is seeking a Sr Analyst – Compliance who will support the development of the Sands CMS Compliance Framework and oversee compliance risk management and investigations programs. This role includes conducting risk assessments, data analytics, and preparing reports for senior leadership while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the CMS Compliance Framework in Confluence and Jira
Map regulatory requirements and technical standards to CMS features, internal controls, and evidence artifacts with complete traceability
Maintain an authoritative, version-controlled repository of applicable laws, regulations, and operational standards across all relevant jurisdictions
Analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on CMS functionality, operational workflows, and compliance controls
Conduct compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities, and gap analyses, integrating results into CMS compliance planning
Develop and apply data analytics to evaluate control performance, identify trends, and surface emerging risks
Produce clear, concise reports and dashboards for senior leadership, including inputs for quarterly compliance committee reporting
Assist with government and regulatory inquiries by preparing documentation, traceability mapping, and response packages
Coordinate audit readiness efforts, including evidence preparation, cross-functional responses, and remediation tracking
Ensure Jira workflows support consistent, high-quality documentation of compliance activities and audit evidence
Provide compliance input in CMS feature reviews, risk assessments, and design discussions
Must have the highest level of professional ethics and integrity; willing to take initiative but also enjoy collaboration and teamwork and generous in sharing knowledge with other team members

Required

At least 21 years of age
Proof of authorization to work in the United States
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain personal gaming licenses and any other certifications, as required by law or policy
6+ years of experience in related fields, such as casino software, casino gaming, AML, data analytics, iGaming, or IT operations
Data analytics experience and familiarity with data analytics software and tools
Strong MS office skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated expertise with Atlassian products, including Confluence and Jira
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and follow-up skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other Team Members and third parties of different backgrounds and levels of experience
Maintain composure under pressure, consistently meet deadlines, and able to prioritize various tasks and projects

Preferred

Compliance, legal, or audit experience preferred
Experience with regulatory reporting and reconciliation requirements is a major plus
