Responsibilities
Enhance the donor experience by providing excellent customer service
Collaborate on specialized calling projects, to include conversions, reminders calls and engaging first time donors
Support blood centers by implementing innovative recruitment strategies, managing donor scheduling, and offering expertise on eligibility and donation requirements
Contribute to the onboarding of new hires and conduct refresher training to both new and existing staff
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Six months experience in customer service
Proficient computer skills
Preferred
Two years of customer service experience preferred
