Responsibilities
Assess current business systems, workflows, and user needs to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Recommend and help implement technology solutions aligned with business strategy
Lead efforts to better utilize Salesforce, SharePoint, and analytics platforms
Support data migration, automation, and system integrations between platforms
Develop and document current-state and future-state business processes
Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and data quality controls
Produce documentation outlining user needs, functional requirements, and implementation steps
Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders during solution implementation
Qualification
Required
4+ years managing projects requiring technical and cross-functional coordination
4+ years working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, SharePoint, Constant Contact or similar)
4+ years experience with data migration, automation, and system integration
4+ years experience in business process mapping and reengineering
4+ years experience with data quality, reporting, and analytics
Hands-on experience analyzing data using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools
Preferred
2 years of Project management experience (PMP a plus)
2 years of experience performing financial analysis of solution options
