Responsibilities

Prepare accruals, general ledger journal entries, and account reconciliations as part of monthly and quarterly close and reporting processes
Analyze general ledger accounts, financial statements, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
Review account activity and prepare adjusting journal entries as needed
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely documentation
Prepare various financial reports and reconciliations for management review
Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement efficiencies
Perform additional responsibilities as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
1–3 years of accounting experience, with a solid grasp of financial accounting principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
