Qualification
Required
Strong technical abilities in troubleshooting and providing technical support for security systems
Proficient in communication skills and customer service to deliver an excellent client experience
Exceptional analytical skills for diagnosing technical issues and implementing effective solutions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-stakes, on-site environments
Willingness to travel for work-related assignments, if required
Valid driver's license and ability to operate work-related equipment
