Responsibilities
Perform proactive and reactive break/fix service on HP and Xerox A3/A4 devices
Manage toner replacement, inventory, and recycling processes
Handle remote triage, fleet management tools, and data collection agents (FM Audit, Xerox CWW, HP Web JetAdmin)
Ensure device connectivity and accurate asset control across the fleet
Organize and adjust on-site inventory and auto-replenishment needs
Order toner/parts and support new device installations, moves, and decommissions
Administer and support customer print solutions (e.g., PaperCut MF)
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide ad hoc reporting on metrics and service insights
Qualification
Required
Experience with printer repair; HP and Xerox certifications preferred (including A3/copier lines)
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow and EA preferred)
Knowledge of 3rd-party print solutions (PaperCut MF preferred)
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and analytical skills
Ability to obtain (or hold) a Top Secret government security clearance
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow
Proficiency with Microsoft O365
Preferred
HP and Xerox certifications preferred (including A3/copier lines)
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow and EA preferred)
Knowledge of 3rd-party print solutions (PaperCut MF preferred)
