Responsibilities
Procedures are completed promptly, following policies
Transfers patient to exam table; ensures proper covering of patient according to policy and procedure
Arranges, attaches, or adjusts immobilization and support devices according to procedure, ensuring limitation of patient movement
Assesses patient’s condition & determines proper breathing instructions (utilizing it properly), exposure factors
Completes all procedures scheduled during the shift without interference to the quality of work; coordinates schedule with other technologists to provide for a steady workflow
Performs related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Education: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program
Experience: 2 Years clinical experience in more than one modality
Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: ARRT (R) and documentation of CT or MRI experience required, must obtain advance credential in CT or MRI within 1 year of employment
CT/MRI registry eligible
ARRT CT/MRI registry eligible required
American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire
SCRQSA license is required
Preferred
Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: ARRT CT or MRI preferred
