Start in 2026 SummerPermian Resources is offering internship opportunities to college students for Summer 2026, aimed at career development while advancing company objectives. The HSE Intern will assist in implementing action plans to enforce a positive HSE culture and improve HSE Management systems, while gaining hands-on experience related to their field of study.

Responsibilities
Assist in implementing action plans to enforce a positive HSE culture and improve current processes and HSE Management systems
Demonstrate a commitment to establishing and meeting HSE performance targets
Identify hazards, exposures, and general impacts associated with the operations in the fields
Qualification
Required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer and/or education institution
Pursuing or have completed a degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related fields
Current level in college: Sophomore through Graduate student
Expected graduation: Fall of 2026 through Spring/Fall of 2028
Available for internship start mid-late May 2026
A minimum of 12 continuous weeks' availability for internship
Preferred
A minimum cumulative and major GPA of a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Lower GPAs in the applicant's field of study may be considered if extenuating circumstances apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Must be able to handle multiple projects and obtain results in a performance driven, team-oriented environment
