New Grad, Entry LevelCIBC is building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world, and they are seeking a Mobile Mortgage Advisor Assistant to join their Personal and Small Business Banking team. In this role, you will assist the Mortgage Advisor in client engagement, administrative support, and business development activities to help clients achieve home ownership.

Respond to client inquiries and facilitate the mortgage application process
Assist the Mortgage Advisor in activities to support their business
Assist with marketing and business development activities, which are designed to facilitate new business, by identifying, and attracting clients to the Mortgage Advisor
Qualification
Required
Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in residential mortgages
Legally eligible to work at the location(s) specified
Ability to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests
Ability to engage with clients and respond to inquiries
Ability to assist with administrative support for the Mortgage Advisor
Ability to assist with marketing and business development activities
Strong critical thinking skills
