Responsibilities

Assists in the implementation and execution of the marketing collateral and sales support program of different customer segments
Support the execution of marketing plans and sales tools across assigned customer segments
Gather and relay customer insights and competitive intelligence to help shape product strategy
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on ASC market to support internal and external stakeholders
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to report marketing effectiveness
Partner with sales to support training initiatives, promotions, and campaigns
Manage and maintain marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards
Contribute to portfolio positioning through segmentation, targeting, and messaging support
Support cross-functional teams by providing feedback on customer needs and usage trends
Help coordinate and attend customer-facing events such as national and local tradeshows, cross-divisional product showcases, customer meetings at headquarter locations, etc
