Responsibilities

Assist with policy analysis, program evaluation, or administrative process reviews
Collaborate with staff to gather data, review policies, and assess operational practices
Observe governmental and administrative functions to gain applied experience
Interprets administrative policy and decisions as explained and directed
Prepare written reports, policy briefs, or presentations summarizing findings and recommendations

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program in Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science, or a closely related field
Strong research and policy analysis skills, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information
Proficiency in written communication, including drafting reports, summaries, and policy briefs
Ability to organize information, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines
Comfortable using standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information appropriately
Initiative, curiosity, and interest in public service and governance
