Responsibilities
Enter information into payroll systems accurately and on time
Review and import manual entry data
Contribute to the efficacy of the team by recommending process improvements
Completing weekly reporting such as garnishments and certified payroll
Helping to maintain compliance with the 401K plan, payroll tax laws, union contracts and other applicable regulations
Qualification
Required
A strong interest in accounting and data entry skill to match
An ability to review and handle multiple tasks and details at the same time
A strong attention to detail and desire for constant accuracy
An ability to address, prioritize and solve problems quickly
Great communication and customer service skills
