Responsibilities
Leverage enterprise data to drive supply chain optimization projects
Align vendor and item master data in accordance with company standards
Act as a liaison between the purchasing team and the operations team to provide visibility and drive the optimal inventory balancing of the product
Problem-solving skills: Able to think quickly and use logic and business acumen to solve problems thoroughly and efficiently
Develop a working knowledge of key supply chain concepts, including material procurement strategy, inventory management, warehouse and distribution operations and ERP systems
Highly analytical with associated problem-solving skills. Able to work with large and diverse data sets and disseminate key gaps to achieve desired outcomes, extract, validate, manipulate, and summarize large datasets
Perform ad-hoc analyses, assessment of vendor cost changes, internal inventory transfers, vendor minimum order policies, and vendor lead time changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Math or Data Science
Recent graduates and/or up to 3 years of Inventory/supply chain experience preferred
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLookups, data sourcing, formatting, pivot tables are a Must)
Power Query and Power BI, and/or Cognos experience is a plus
