Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Assist with setting up and configuring workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices
Support routine maintenance of IT systems, including updates and backups
Help document IT processes, user guides, and troubleshooting steps
Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting issues to senior IT staff
Develop and/or maintain scripts to help populate and manage databases related to security profiles, user access permissions, resource and system profiles
Participate in IT projects such as hardware upgrades, software rollouts, and cloud migrations
Maintain IT inventory and track hardware/software assets
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Self-directed, motivated, and goal oriented
Preferred
Familiarity with networking concepts, system administration, or help desk support is a plus
