Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives
Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum and Agile best practices
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure clear backlog grooming and prioritization
Remove team impediments and manage dependencies across teams
Ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments with high quality
Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity, etc.)
Coordinate with banking compliance, risk, and security teams
Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity within the organization
Qualification
Required
15+ years of overall IT experience
Strong experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
Knowledge of banking systems such as Core Banking, Payments, AML, KYC, Risk, or Regulatory platforms
Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
