Responsibilities
Support the Central Sales Operations leadership team in driving growth, retention, and Operational Excellence while championing approaches for revenue generation
Act as a strategic partner, helping to amplify best practices and shift frontline behaviors across the digital and physical ecosystem
Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses on sales channels and sales trends to provide recommendations that drive profitable growth
Partner with cross-functional teams (Field Operations, Finance, Marketing) to consolidate and prioritize roadmaps that improve the customer journey
Identify and scale best practices across sales channels to shift frontline behaviors and improve overall performance
Leverage critical thinking to turn complex datasets into actionable insights (data storytelling), assisting in the preparation of materials for senior leadership and frontline consumption
Manage end-to-end projects with a sense of urgency, ensuring alignment on goals and delivering measurable business impact

Required
Ability to participate in our hybrid 10-week internship that takes place from June 2026 to August 2026 working a full-time schedule
Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program majoring in Operations Management, Strategy, Consulting, Finance, Marketing, or a related major, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
Willingness to work in Basking Ridge, NJ. As noted, relocation may be provided in certain situations. If relocation is required, you must be able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation to the office location

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to switch quickly between tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment where new challenges arise daily
Project experience and/or coursework in operations, marketing, strategy, data analytics, finance, consulting, or a related field
Expertise in Google product suite and Microsoft Excel, with an emphasis on using digital tools to drive data-led decision-making and operational clarity
Familiarity with digital tools such as SQL, Tableau, or JIRA, and knowledge of emerging technologies like AI and 5G
Adaptability, flexibility, excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills - with the ability to contextualize data and 'tell the story' to diverse audiences
