Responsibilities

Leads, manages, and holds Loan Administrators accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments and demonstrating a One Team mentality
Demonstrates a relentless obsession with values, alignment, customer service, focus, simplicity and clarity
Maintains a strong leadership presence, motivating staff and building commitment to the bank’s priorities and direction
Works in collaboration with the SVP Loan Operations/Administration Manager to identify staffing and related budget to meet business needs
Serves as an expert resource for Loan Administrators
Supports the development of loan administration team by encouraging direct contact with bank’s core processing vendors (LaserPro and Fiserv Navigator) as related to loan administration, problem resolution, loan processing, payment processing, etc
Identifies opportunities for new products and collaborates with SVP Loan Operations/Administration Manager to create and implement new products
Works in collaboration with Loan Administration and Operations Managers and other Bank employees to create, evaluate, manage, improve, and document the Bank’s loan related policies, processes, and procedures to maximize efficiency and maintain client service
Partners with various departments and leaders throughout the Bank to ensure consistent processes and procedures are developed and implemented across all effected departments
Works collaboratively across teams to identify opportunities for enhanced processes and procedures as it pertains to bank-wide and department-wide initiatives

Is accountable for demonstrating compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, Privacy of Consumer Financial Information and all other federal and state rules and regulations as it pertains to their position at the bank
A bachelor's degree from a college or University and 7-10 years of experience in banking (Loan Administration, Loan Documentation, and Loan Servicing) with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
An ideal candidate will also have 7-10 years of experience using Fiserv and LaserPro; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
