The ideal candidate will have a background in writing and editing, ensuring that content is clear, persuasive, and aligned with the brand voice.

Responsibilities
Content Creation: Write engaging and informative copy for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, email campaigns, social media, flyers, brochures and video scripts
Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency. Correct all grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers and other marketing colleagues to develop content that supports our marketing strategies and business goals. Will use Workfront project management tools to help complete projects across teams
Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant information into content
Brand Voice and Standards: Understand brand voice and uphold brand standards across all communications
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of professional copywriting and editing experience, preferably in the commercial insurance industry or a related field
Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Ability to translate complex insurance concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
