Senior Program Manager of Clinical Operations
DrKumo is seeking a Senior Program Manager of Clinical Operations to oversee the daily activities of RPM Care Coordinators and Managers. The role involves ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, regulatory compliance, and providing high-level clinical guidance to optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Clinical Supervision: Oversee the daily activities of RPM Care Coordinators and Managers to ensure adherence to DrKumo’s clinical protocols
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all remote monitoring activities meet 2026 CMS guidelines for RPM/CCM (essential for an APRN/Pharmacist)
Performance Mentorship: Provide high-level clinical guidance on complex patient cases that coordinators may escalate
Process Improvement: Work with the Director of Program Management to optimize the DrKumo platform interface for better clinical efficiency
Strategic Support : Serve as the clinical operations point of contact for leadership, overseeing the accountability and communication of Account Leads/Managers as they manage their respective clinics
Loop-Closing Accountability : Provide a centralized triage point for complex clinical workflow issues, transitioning the team from reactive "damage control" to proactive resolution
Cross-Functional Bridge : Ensure seamless communication between Account Management and Care Coordination, guaranteeing that clinic issues are resolved with documented consistency and high service quality
Qualification
Required
Must hold an active, unrestricted license as a Healthcare Professional (examples include but are not limited to, Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist or a Pharmacist)
Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role overseeing multi-disciplinary teams (RNs, LPNs, or Medical Assistants)
Proven experience in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), or Telehealth workflows
Deep understanding of care transition pathways and the ability to mentor staff on complex patient escalations (e.g., medication reconciliation or vital sign triage)
Knowledge of 2026 CMS Physician Fee Schedule guidelines, specifically regarding CPT codes 99453, 99454, 99457, 99458, and the new 99445/99470 codes
Proficiency in EMR/EHR integration and a strong 'tech-forward' mindset to optimize the DrKumo digital health interface
Experience using data analytics to monitor team performance, patient adherence rates, and clinical outcomes
