Responsibilities

Manages business development activities for private business line, by managing a team in identifying and calling on client prospects

Ensure that the policies and procedures of the private banking area are implemented by private banking officers

Review the loans of subordinate private banking officers: ensure they follow established lending procedures and perform adequate credit analysis; approve loans that exceed the credit authority of subordinate officers; provide advice and guidance to subordinate officers on complex credit decisions

Performs all other duties as assigned

Directly responsible for directing, coordinating, and evaluating designated units or certain personnel in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; providing pay change recommendations; disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
