Responsibilities
Lead the QA function for the product suite within each phase of the software development life cycle
Define QA Automation strategy to drive code quality and coverage
Writing automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, Allure report and Visual Code
Utilizing testing methodologies and application debugging from a technical and business perspective
Writing acceptance criteria for user stories, test strategy, requirements traceability matrix, test plan and test validation reports
Participating in Agile development processes, including spring planning and daily stand-ups
Collaborating with software development team to discuss verification processes for evaluating software products
Identifying software vulnerabilities through rigorous testing procedures
Reporting and tracking defects to ensure software quality
Developing CI/CD pipeline to enhance and maintain continuous integration flows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent
Five (5) years of experience writing automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, Allure report and Visual Code
Utilizing testing methodologies and application debugging from a technical and business perspective
Writing acceptance criteria for user stories, test strategy, requirements traceability matrix, test plan and test validation reports
Participating in Agile development processes, including spring planning and daily stand-ups
Collaborating with software development team to discuss verification processes for evaluating software products
Identifying software vulnerabilities through rigorous testing procedures
Reporting and tracking defects to ensure software quality
Developing CI/CD pipeline to enhance and maintain continuous integration flows
Utilizing Java, Selenium, MySQL, Cucumber BDD framework, Allure Report, cucumber report, Visual Code, Rest Client, Postman, GitHub, Agile, Jira and Jenkins
Employer will accept 3 years of study towards a U.S. Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related work experience to satisfy the Bachelor's degree requirement
