Responsibilities
Lead the agency's quality improvement activities
Work alongside both FFS and MSCAN operations, contractors, and agency leadership to ensure compliance with CMS reporting requirements
Lead the development and implementation of the agency's Quality Strategy while supporting internal and external quality initiatives that promote improved health outcomes, data-driven decision making, and alignment with state and federal quality standards
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
six (6) + years of experience
two (2) to four (4) years of supervisory experience
Experience in Medicaid or other complex public health programs
working knowledge of HEDIS, NCQA, Managed Care Organizations and CMS Quality Reporting
Strong skills in data interpretation, performance management and healthcare analytics
Leadership experience in healthcare quality improvement programs
Clinician with program management experience
Familiarity with managed care operations and oversight
Knowledge of statistical software and data visualization tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
