Responsibilities
Assist projects to create new repeatable, customized solutions
Create new designs for customer needs within Data Center Market
Support other engineers as needed to meet customer requirements
Continuously develop knowledge of new and existing custom solutions
Take ownership of additional responsibilities as opportunities arise
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in electromechanical system design and integration
Strong proficiency in CAD systems and technical drawing tools
Demonstrated ability to work independently and propose innovative solutions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities in cross-functional environments
Strong understanding of industry standards and technical specifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
Ability to work independently and remain productive with minimal supervision
Highly collaborative and able to foster cooperation across teams
Proven ability to drive results and navigate obstacles
Proficiency in 3D CAD Modeling
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical skills
Minimal travel (up to 10%)
Preferred
1-3 years of research and development engineering experience is preferred
