Administrative Assistant
Lindsay Exhibit Group is a leader in the design and fabrication of trade show exhibits, seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their fast-paced office. This role involves assisting the Project Management team with various tasks related to client trade shows and events, and offers potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities
Assist our Project Management team with managing details of our clients trade shows and events
Tracking orders from our vendors and show service suppliers
Coordinating shipping schedules
Ordering show services for trade shows and events
Inventory management of client exhibit assets and promotional items
Inventory management of our own internal Rental inventory
Client-facing communications
Tracking tasks, schedules and details within our Event Management software platform
Qualification
Required
High School diploma
Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), e-mail, internet, social media
The ability to multi-task
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving
Team player
Preferred
Experience with trade shows and/or events is not required, but very beneficial and attractive to us
