Responsibilities
Maintain accurate candidate records and statuses. Partner with Onboarding and HRIS Managers to ensure data integrity
Collaborate with HRBPs, Recruiters, and HRIS to obtain job descriptions and salary details. Manage internal and external job postings and recruitment social media
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to build a strong talent pipeline
Coordinate assessments, background checks, and offer letters. Manage equipment ordering and orientation logistics
Process recruitment invoices, candidate travel expenses, and vendor payments
Prepare recruitment reports and analyze metrics like time-to-fill to optimize workflows
Assist with Talent Acquisition projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition
Advanced skills in ATS (UKG preferred) and Google Workspace
Bachelor's degree required
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proactive problem-solving and a data-driven approach
