Supervisory Auctions Marketing Specialist
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking a Supervisory Auctions Marketing Specialist in their Office of Economics and Analytics. The role involves supervising staff responsible for auction procedures, public outreach, and customer service, as well as overseeing ongoing auction events and ensuring effective communication between the Commission and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Incumbent supervises subordinate staff responsible for dealing with implementing auction procedures and with public outreach and customer service, including staff located in Washington, DC and Gettysburg, PA
Incumbent supervises the administration of all ongoing auction events, including the majority of communications between the Commission, applicants, and qualified bidders, including by monitoring and overseeing FTEs and contractors responsible for customer service, and overseeing the creation of educational and registration materials
Develops recommendations to the Division Chief in the preparation of responses to audit reports, and serves as a liaison and coordinator between the Division and other Bureaus and Offices, contractors, and qualified bidders
Determines resource requirements to plan and execute all phases of the auction process, monitors progress through each phase of the auction to ensure that all administrative milestones are met
Creating and making recommendations regarding auction timelines and critical path analyses and drafting statements of work and task orders for specific auction projects
Qualification
Required
Currently be employed in the Federal Communications Commission in positions serving under career or career conditional appointments
Must be a U.S. Citizen
SF-50 Documenting One Year of Time in Grade Required
Resume must not exceed two pages and must meet resume format criteria
Suitable for employment as determined by a background investigation
Security Clearance required
A one-year supervisory probationary period may be required
GS-14 Specialized Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 in the Federal service
GS-15 Specialized Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 in the Federal service
