Responsibilities
Manage a diverse team of technical professionals and technical support staff
Responsible for managing scope, budget, schedule and performance
Provides direction, prioritization, coordination, and conflict resolution while managing project teams that accomplish project objectives
Excellent written and spoken communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work with all levels of management
Qualification
Required
Must have an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of intensive and progressive experience working in IT or engineering industries
Must have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Demonstrated ability of managing at least forty (40) or more IT professionals in diverse locations and with duties commensurate to those defined in this PWS
Greater than one (1) year managing complex organizations and maintaining total responsibility for the financial success of the organizational unit
Demonstrated project and risk management skills including: ability to manage multiple priorities, resources, customers, and managers with a focus on consistency and accuracy
Proficient with MS Project
Excellent written and spoken communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work with all levels of management
