Key Account Manager

Mammotion Tech is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow their retail business in the U.S. market. The role involves retailer onboarding, commercial negotiations, contract management, and day-to-day account operations with major U.S. retailers.

Responsibilities

Out-reach to new retailers to establish new accounts
Lead retailer onboarding processes with major U.S. retailers such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Costco, Best Buy, and similar accounts
Coordinate internal teams to complete retailer setup, including item onboarding, system configuration, and compliance documentation
Manage retailer-specific requirements, guidelines, and operational standards
Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, margin structure, promotional funding, rebates, chargebacks, and payment terms
Review, negotiate, and manage retailer contracts and annual agreements
Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and risk control
Oversee purchase order (PO) management, order forecasting, and fulfillment coordination
Monitor order flow, delivery schedules, and inventory status to ensure on-time execution
Manage retailer portals and systems (e.g., Retail Link, Lowe’s systems, Costco vendor portals)
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
Build strong working relationships with retail buyers, planners, and merchandising teams
Track account performance, sales trends, and key KPIs
Identify growth opportunities including assortment expansion, new product launches, and promotional programs
Work closely with supply chain, operations, after-sales, marketing, and finance teams to support account execution
Coordinate retail returns, chargebacks, deductions, and operational issues
Support new product launches and seasonal planning

Required

3+ years of experience managing U.S. retail key accounts
Proven experience working with major U.S. retailers (Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, or similar)
Strong understanding of retail commercial terms, contract structures, and negotiation processes
Familiar with retailer systems, PO processes, and retail compliance requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Preferred

Experience in outdoor equipment, lawn & garden, power tools, robotics, or consumer electronics (3C) strongly preferred
