Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of two Community Violence Intervention programs, including workplans, timelines, reporting schedules, and internal coordination
Supervise and support community-based outreach workers, school-based staff, hospital-based intervention staff, and a school-team supervisor
Monitor program performance and progress toward milestones using operational and program data
Oversee case management operations, including intake, caseload distribution, follow-up, and safety planning
Provide regular supervision, coaching, and field support using a trauma-informed approach
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services, outcomes, and program activities
Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development for program staff
Collaborate with community organizations and service providers to support participant referrals and continuity of care
Prepare and submit required reports and ensure data integrity across program systems
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, are required
Candidate must have two to three years' experience working in community violence prevention and/or project management with content knowledge of community violence intervention
Must have training and skills to provide trauma informed support for outreach workers
Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), organizational skills, and ability to navigate relationships with people of various backgrounds
Proven ability to document programmatic activities and operate data/program management software
Working knowledge of all applicable computer software
Preferred
Master's degree in social work
Extensive knowledge of West/Southwest Philadelphia and other high-risk neighborhoods
