This role focuses on hands-on development using modern .NET and Blazor technologies, collaborating closely with analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Perform advanced application development and programming activities across web-based systems
Design, develop, test, debug, document, and deploy client/server and web applications
Build and enhance front-end and back-end components using C#, .NET, Blazor, HTML5, CSS, SQL, Oracle, and SQL Server
Develop and maintain stored procedures and database integrations
Analyze business and system requirements to design effective technical solutions
Collaborate with systems analysts, architects, and business teams to validate requirements and resolve technical constraints
Support enterprise applications through troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementation of fixes
Assist with migrating legacy databases and applications to modern platforms
Conduct research and analysis to improve application functionality and performance
Participate in Agile SDLC activities including planning, development, testing, and deployment
Prepare technical documentation, release notes, and demonstration materials
Present application changes and enhancements to stakeholders for review and approval
Recommend process improvements for application development and maintenance
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
4+ years of experience developing web-based software applications
4+ years of hands-on programming experience using technologies such as: C# / .NET, HTML / HTML5 / CSS, JavaScript, SQL & Stored Procedures, Oracle and SQL Server
3+ years of experience working in Agile SDLC environments
3+ years of experience contributing across multiple SDLC phases within a team environment
3+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and solution delivery
2+ years of experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar
1+ year of hands-on experience developing applications using C# .NET Blazor
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience migrating applications or databases from legacy platforms to modern architectures
Experience porting applications from Java to C#/.NET Blazor
Knowledge of responsive web design principles and implementation
Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards
Prior experience working on government or regulatory systems
