Executive Assistant to CEO (part-time, Boston area)

Responsibilities
Owning and optimizing complex executive calendars to protect priorities and momentum
Managing high-volume inboxes with excellent judgment around tone, urgency, and delegation
Preparing executives for meetings with context, agendas, and clear outcomes
Providing structured updates to reduce cognitive load and increase visibility
Managing projects and tracking multiple moving priorities
Supporting executive communications with internal and external stakeholders
Creating, documenting, and refining processes and SOPs
Organizing files, systems, and workflows for continuity and ease of access
Handling sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Gradually expanding into more strategic and personal support as the partnership matures
Qualification
Required
5+ years of C-suite or equivalent executive support experience
Demonstrated success supporting founders or senior leaders in fast-moving environments (preferably has some start-up experience)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Deep experience working within Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Drive)
Strong prioritization, follow-through, and project management skills
Proven ability to anticipate needs and manage up effectively
High standards of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Comfortable working remotely with autonomy and accountability
Impeccable attention to detail
