Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams and teams
Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests proactively
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership
Ensure adherence to governance, PMO standards, and best practices
Track project performance using KPIs and status reporting dashboards
Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive updates
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO maturity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
8+ years of project management experience managing large or complex projects
Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience using tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
Preferred
PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certifications
Experience working in enterprise, digital transformation, or technology programs
Exposure to global / offshore team coordination
Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise systems
