Jr. Corporate Account Manager - Automotive Service Industry
Ultimate Staffing is a well-established and privately owned company in the Automotive Services industry. They are seeking a high-energy Junior Account Manager to support the growth of its nationwide service programs, focusing on B2B sales development and appointment setting.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls daily to decision-makers at small and mid-sized businesses
Educate prospects about our service program offerings
Qualify leads by gathering relevant business information (account size, locations, interest level, etc.)
Set appointments for the senior sales team
Track all activity and pipeline progress in CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams including senior account managers and training personnel
Participate in daily in-office team environment
Support additional service offerings per client request
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in high-volume outreach, inside sales, or call center environments
Clear communicator with a strong phone presence
Goal-oriented and comfortable in a metrics-driven environment
Coachable, self-motivated, and highly organized
Preferred
Interest in the automotive or B2B service space is a plus
