This role involves leading the North America audit plan, collaborating with senior leadership, and providing insights on risk, controls, and governance within a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities
Plan and deliver internal audits across the North America region
Develop and maintain the North America audit universe and support the annual audit planning process
Produce clear, concise and practical audit reports with actionable recommendations
Build strong, influential relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders
Support risk assessment activities and Audit Committee reporting
Provide thought leadership across risk management and controls
Drive continuous improvement of internal audit methodology and ways of working
Qualification
Required
Strong internal audit background within a large, complex organisation and/ or major professional services firm
Recent US SOX experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of Internal Auditing Standards, PCAOB standards and COSO
CPA, CIA or equivalent professional qualification
Confident communicator with the presence to influence senior stakeholders
Preferred
SAP, HFM and data analytics experience beneficial but not essential
