Responsibilities

Stays up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of Talent Acquisition communications
Coaches team members, students, and volunteers on content creation best practices that align with Memorial Healthcare System’s business engagement goals
Supports copywriting and editing for a variety of marketing materials that include social media, print and digital collateral, web, and a multitude of other disciplines
Designs and produces a wide range of creative assets adhering to Employee/Student Value Proposition brand guidelines including, but not limited to, digital graphics, presentations, infographics, e-blasts, social posts, and other print and digital materials for Talent Acquisition communications
Works closely with the key stakeholders to understand project requirements, desired outcomes, and target audiences while ensuring that designs align with branding guidelines and messaging
Supports social media content calendar to maintain a consistent and mission-driven online presence for attracting job applicants
Manages all User Generated Content (UGC) responses on social platforms
Manages any ad-hoc social media postings or edits

Required

Bachelors (Required)
Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in graphic design or brand management, preferably with a focus on recruitment advertising or corporate branding
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in graphic design software/tools
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and design best practices

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
