Responsibilities
Key leadership interface for program and functional senior leadership
Responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, and execution of all material content for operating units
Provides leadership for the GSC organization in a matrixed environment, ensuring strategies and plans are aligned with business objectives
Leads major proposal and pursuit activities
Will participate in executive level meetings, collaborating across functions for supply chain solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, program management, operations, business management or related field OR Master's degree and 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, program management, operations, business management or related field
Experience leading in a matrixed environment
Cost Account Management (CAM) experience
Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience
Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company
Preferred
Master's Degree with at least 8 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, operations, business management or related field
Experience briefing executive-level audiences
Solid understanding of supply chain processes and key performance indicators
Extensive proposal management experience
