Responsibilities
Design and produce visual assets from idea to final stage such as print and digital materials: flyers, mailings, graphics, videos, reports, fundraising materials, etc
Communicate ideas that align with the company's brand and guidelines
Collaborate with other creative teams such as social media, Wisconsin Muslim Journal, and community programming
Support capital campaigns, fund development campaigns, and other fundraising initiatives with creative materials
Support company branding strategy and implementation
Manage and update the website to ensure content reflects campaigns, events, and organizational priorities
Produce and maintain content archives, including photography, video, and design assets, to reflect ongoing work and community impact
Identify opportunities to elevate MWC's public image through innovative campaigns and community storytelling
Support the Islamic Resource Center including front desk operations, the Islamic Lending Library, and bookstore
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field with at least 2 years of Marketing, Advertising, and/or Web Design experience
Experience designing media of various forms – print, digital, website, etc
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines
Creativity and ability to take initiative and think outside of the box
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Commitment to continuous improvement
Practice effective team behavior and demonstrate effective interpersonal relationships
Professional and punctual
Knowledge of Design Platforms (Canva, Adobe, etc.) Google Workspace, Google Suite, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
