Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of services / product features
Partner with architects, product managers, and program managers to ensure timely, high-quality releases
Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members
Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated solutions
Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks and execution bottlenecks
Qualification
Required
Strong fundamentals in software design, coding, data structures, algorithms, and performance analysis
Proven experience with a major Programming language such as Python, Java, C# or C++
Proven proficient experience with Programming language PLSQL
8+ years of experience in designing and building complex software systems
In-depth understanding of Data Warehousing, ETL processes, Cloud Computing and Data Security concepts
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with enterprise RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server) and cloud data platforms (e.g., ADW, Snowflake, Redshift)
Proven track record of working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver features
Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capabilities
Preferred
BS degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience designing scalable, distributed cloud services
Familiarity of multi-AD/AZ and regional data centers
Experience in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production deployments
Knowledge of secure software development practices

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
