Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, servers, and on-prem environments
Perform systems operations and administration for Windows and Linux platforms
Manage and support cloud environments on AWS and Azure
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity
Perform patching, backups, upgrades, and incident resolution
Support hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)
Ensure security, compliance, and standard operating procedures
Assist with automation, monitoring tools, and AIOps initiatives

Required
