Responsibilities
Provide hands-on IT support for Sensi.AI’s Austin site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with global standards
Set up and configure hardware, manage permissions, and provide network support to both local and offshore employees
Manage and maintain technical inventory, and coordinate with external providers regarding IT equipment
Support automating IT processes to improve efficiency and consistency
Qualification
Required
a degree in a technology-related field with availability to work from the office on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM
Previous experience as Help Desk, Networking and/or IT support
Independent, enthusiastic, and driven to grow in the IT field
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, a proactive, can-do attitude, and a genuine commitment to supporting others with professionalism and care
