Amazon is seeking an entry level Executive Assistant for their Global Supply Chain Planning organization. This role will support two busy Directors, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple critical requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support the Directors and his/her teams in multiple locations and in multiple time zones
Ability to look around corners and anticipate needs or areas for improvement
Act as a trusted business partner to senior level management
Manage both domestic and international travel and process expense reports. Process any VISA requirements
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, townhall meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
Assist the Executive Assistant team(s) to foster a cohesive and effective work environment
Work closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants across the organization to provide support to the organization
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items to include meeting notes and action items

Required

High School or equivalent diploma
2+ years of senior level leadership support experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience in senior level leadership support, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines

Preferred

Experience in senior level leadership support
Experience managing multiple calendars, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
