The role involves managing client relationships, conducting transactions, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the practice.

Responsibilities

Conduct Transactions
Review and update client information as needed for client review meetings
Attend and participate in client meetings as necessary
Develop portfolio/robust product solution recommendations that fit client’s risk tolerance and time horizon
Quarterly completion of supervisory reviews
Maintain and run reports for the practice as needed
Develop appropriate deliverables
Maintain client contact during the financial planning process
Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts
Managing the practice and supporting client relationships
Manage and resolve client service problems
Perform other allowable duties assigned by the financial advisor(s)
Update forms and submit to home office for processing
Respond to client emails and requests
Provide information and support to financial advisor as needed
Manage and provide support on other administrative tasks as they arise

Required

College degree or higher
2+ years of similar experience
Must be Series 7 licensed

Preferred

Series 66, and State life, accident, and health insurance licenses
