Responsibilities

Integrate CFN ServiceNow with internal systems
Heavy requirements gathering, process mapping, data lineage, and systems analysis
Determine duplication vs consolidation of platforms
Translate technical requirements into plans and tooling
Own tech support workstream (white-glove CFN model)
Scope laptops, printers, call-center tooling, advisor tools
Define solution model: People vs systems migration
Enhancements needed to internal platforms
Convert business 'what' into technical 'how' (ServiceNow, digital asset libraries, etc.)
Work closely with SVPs and tech leaders
Manage CFN tech assets and vendors
Define how vendors and assets transition into internal ecosystem
Discovery-heavy; scope may shrink once plans are finalized
Support CFN legacy data centers
Effectively run a mini VDC buildout
Partner with Celine Buala and Ben
Provide frequent updates; contribute to weekly executive reporting

Required

Local to South Carolina or Charlotte NC
Hybrid work environment

Agile PM experience required
Jira experience mandatory: Managing dashboards (not owning boards), Tracking features, risks, issues, and dependencies
Comfortable in ambiguity and M&A environments
Must push into conversations: Reach out to M&A partners unprompted, Confident engaging SVPs and senior tech leaders
Cannot wait for meetings or approvals—must escalate and find alternates quickly
Polished, professional, 'buttoned-up' presence (not mid-level or junior PM profiles)
Provide frequent updates; contribute to weekly executive reporting
Travel expected (~10%): Likely Massachusetts / Boston for requirements sessions, Candidates must be comfortable traveling when it adds value

Entrepreneurial, self-starting, highly proactive
Experience working across multiple teams and Scrum Masters
Discovery-heavy; scope may shrink once plans are finalized
