Lead and inspire the service team in the VIP department
Train, supervise and mentor new hires
Interact with guests, welcoming them and ensuring their needs are met
Teach others to provide exceptional guest service
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of similar work experience in hotel operations and guest service in a luxury property
Advanced knowledge of hotel operations
Strong leadership skills
Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
Excels at communication, both verbal and written
Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
Prior experience in a quality luxury hotel brand
Preferred
A post-secondary diploma or degree
