Senior Executive Assistant
TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative and management support to senior leadership supporting a federal client. This role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive correspondence to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
Provide direct executive-level administrative support to senior leadership and executive staff
Manage complex calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate schedules across multiple stakeholders
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and logistics
Organize and facilitate high-level meetings, including:
Conference room reservations
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and executive communications
Draft, review, edit, format, and route executive-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
Provide document tracking, control, and review support for leadership and legal review processes
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with procedures
Visitor access coordination and escorting
Audio/visual and hybrid meeting setup
Agenda preparation, briefing materials, and meeting minutes
Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups from executive and leadership meetings
Serve as a liaison between senior leadership, internal staff, and external stakeholders
Coordinate with other executive assistants and administrative staff across the organization
Support visitor processing, meeting coordination, and executive engagements
Assist with internal and external communications as directed
Support training and certification record tracking
Manage office logistics, supplies, and administrative processes
Assist with daily office operations and workflow management
Provide backup support to front office, correspondence control, and other administrative staff as needed
Assist with special projects, ad hoc requests, and time-sensitive executive taskings
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience)
5+ years of executive or senior-level administrative support experience
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 3) clearance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional, high-visibility environment
