Responsibilities
Lead monthly management reporting for U.S. Trading activities, including gas, LNG, power, and dry markets
Prepare quarterly IFRS reporting packages, including income statements, balance sheets, and appendices, ensuring timely submission to corporate consolidation teams
Support the Financial Controller with working-capital analysis and respond to analytical inquiries from Group management
Collaborate with internal teams and technical resources to ensure accurate financial reporting and appropriate IFRS accounting treatments
Conduct cost analysis in coordination with the general accounting team
Manage annual survey submissions and monthly state tax reporting requirements
Oversee budgeting and long-term planning processes, including template preparation, financial modeling, and management presentation development
Contribute to finance process improvements and strengthen the financial control framework
Assist with ad-hoc projects and analytical requests as needed
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree in accounting required
Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience
Knowledge of international accounting and reporting standards, including month-end and quarter-close processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to international collaboration
Willingness to work outside standard business hours when necessary
Preferred
Familiarity with capital-intensive project development or energy trading environments is a plus
