Responsibilities
Architect and implement Agentic AI systems with multiagent workflows, reasoning pipelines, and grounding strategies
Lead design and deployment of LLMOps pipelines (evaluation, monitoring, drift detection, prompt/version management)
Build scalable, reusable frameworks for AI driven QA automation and validation workflows
Oversee end to end solution delivery, including integration, orchestration, and cloud deployment
Guide and mentor teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI engineers
Collaborate with product, SMEs, and automation teams to define technical requirements and solution patterns
Ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade security, compliance, and auditability standards
Establish observability for reasoning traces, error handling, performance metrics , and automated reporting
Drive Agile execution through sprint planning, architectural reviews, and technical governance
Integrate AI systems with RPA, workflow engines, APIs, and existing enterprise systems (RPA experience is a plus)
Qualification
Required
15+ years in DS/AI/ML engineering, with 2+ years in AI, GenAI/LLM systems
Expertise in building agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, or advanced reasoning pipelines
Strong proficiency in Python
Strong proficiency in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Strong proficiency in LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy preferred)
Strong proficiency in vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Strong proficiency in MLflow or equivalent for MLOps/LLMOps
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale, modular AI platforms
Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns
Experience building adapter libraries, connectors, and system integrations
Strong leadership presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills for technical and executive-level audiences
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and system-design mindset
Preferred
Master's or PhD in AI/ML/CS or any relevant degree
Experience working in regulated industries (banking, insurance, healthcare)
Cloud, AI/ML, or architecture certifications (GCP, ADK, Azure/AWS, etc.)
Experience with QA automation, compliance-heavy workflows, or audit-focused systems is an advantage
Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a strong plus
