Support Technician

They are seeking a Support Technician to perform advanced analytical, administrative, and technical support activities across various functional areas, acting as a liaison between customers and departmental plans.
Responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Advanced calendar and time management; ability to manage multiple calendars and schedules
Create meeting agendas, materials, and track follow-ups/action items
Strong relationship-building skills across teams and leadership
Excellent customer service skills with clear, professional communication
Ability to work as part of a team while also able to operate independently
Qualification
Required
High school graduate/GED plus four (4) years' experience in advanced administrative positions OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Four (4) years' experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications (or similar computer applications)
Knowledge in a specialized department function including department practices, programs, plans and policies
Knowledge of computer systems and applications related to department or function support. Ability to analyze data and formulate conclusions
Ability to prepare reports, trends and/or recommendations
Ability to present ideas in an effective manner, orally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees and the general public
Preferred
