Responsibilities

Lead pre-sales solutioning activities for Institutional Payments opportunities
Partner with Sales teams to support deal qualification, client discovery, proposals, and presentations
Design and position end-to-end payments solutions covering platforms such as ACH, RTGS, SWIFT, Temenos Payments, and related clearing and settlement systems
Conduct client workshops to understand payment flows, regulatory requirements, integration needs, and pain points
Translate business and domain requirements into high-level solution architectures, flow diagrams, and technical narratives suitable for pre-sales
Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, including solution approach, architecture, and value proposition
Support solution demos, POCs, and walkthroughs during the sales cycle
Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth handover post deal closure
Stay current on payments industry trends, regulations, and standards (e.g., ISO 20022)

Required

Proven experience in pre-sales or sales solutioning within the Institutional Payments domain
Strong hands-on domain knowledge of ACH, RTGS, SWIFT, Temenos Payments or similar payment platforms
Solid understanding of end-to-end payment processing, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation
Experience engaging with banking clients and internal sales stakeholders in a pre-sales capacity
Ability to clearly articulate solution value and business benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences
