Responsibilities
Assist with updates to the IT Operations Dashboard, including:
Integrating new data sources
Retrofitting or refreshing existing data pipelines
Supporting data validation and quality checks
Support SharePoint site cleanup, including:
Reviewing and organizing existing site structure
Updating user security groups and access permissions
Ensuring documentation and version control standards are followed
Work interdepartmentally to troubleshoot user requests and system issues
Contribute to ad-hoc data analysis projects using Microsoft tools
Maintain organized project documentation and status updates
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
Familiarity with Power BI, databases, or data visualization tools (coursework acceptable)
Basic understanding of data structures, permission models, or IT administration concepts
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with Power BI dashboards
Exposure to SharePoint administration or workflow tools
Prior internship or academic project work involving data analytics
